Do you provide or refer a contractor?

We do not provide or refer contractors. Given our designs are sold across the country, we possibly could not know who the right contractor would be for your region for the install. However, we highly recommend services like Angie’s List, Home Advisor, Thumbtack, Houzz, Yelp and NextDoor as good resources to find and rate contractors. We always recommend you work with a licensed contractor who has years of experience in bathroom installs.

Do I have to purchase everything you recommend and source?

You do not have to purchase everything we source.  We understand that your bathroom is unique and that you may not need everything we have sourced for the design.

Can I get samples?

We encourage you to purchase samples.  Some of the manufacturers will sell small sized samples. The sample purchase option is often listed along side the actual item, if it is available.  Plumbing and lighting generally do not sell samples.  But you can visit your local plumbing dealer and lighting dealer and they will be able to show you the finish samples in person.

What if an item is sold out?

We encourage you to purchase everything you need as soon as you purchase the design.  We can only guarantee those items at the time of purchase.  However, we are diligently working to update all the items, so that if something is sold out, we can replace it with something comparable.

What if something I ordered is damaged?

You will order everything you need directly from a retailer.  If something comes in damaged, missing etc, you can contact the retailer/manufacturer directly.

How do I know what plumbing fixtures I need?

We encourage you to work with a plumber who will help you choose the correct plumbing fixtures from what we have specified.  Your bathroom is unique and will have certain limitations that your plumber can help you navigate through.

Do you specify the roughs for the plumbing fixtures

After you have finalized which fixtures you want from the plumbing fixtures we have sourced, your plumber will help you finalize which corresponding plumbing roughs you will need.  The retailer from which these fixtures will be purchased from also have corresponding roughs listed.

What is the difference in purchasing plumbing fixtures from a plumbing professional dealer vs a big box retailer?

The big box retailers will often sell plumbing products that have plastic internals, to keep the price down.  These types of fixtures can break down faster and easier, costing you more money in the long run. Plumbing supplies purchased from a professional dealer will have internal parts that are made of full metal, ceramic or brass, resulting in a much longer product life.

What if I can’t find a Cosentino/Silestone dealer for my vanity countertop?

If you cannot purchase a Silestone quartz, we encourage you to use the Silestone quartz as a guide and find a stone that matches it.  Your local stone fabricator/retailer will help you color match and will use the suggested Silestone quartz as a guide.
